According to reports from Deadline, Bob Marley: One Love was initially projected to earn approximately 12 million on its opening day, which would have exceeded the record for a movie playing on a midweek Valentine's Day.
Bob Marley: One Love movie, as per the report, set a new record surpassing its original projection, earning $14 million in the US on opening day. The biopic racked up $4.9 million additionally from 10 overseas markets, including the U.K., France and Spain.
